Artículo tercero. El nombramiento de los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal a que se refiere el artículo anterior, lo hará el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Caquetá, para el resto del período judicial en curso, en la forma señalada por los artículos 19 del Decreto 2267 de 1969 y 60 del Código de Procesamiento Penal.
