Modifíquese el literal c) del numeral 3 del artículo 1.2.3.2.3. del Capítulo 2 del Título 3 de la Parte 2 del Libro 1 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “c) Presupuesto del proyecto de inversión con la información detallada de todos los gastos asociados, sin que los mismos correspondan a gastos corrientes, en virtud del artículo 127 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.”
