Toda embarcación fluvial mayor con capacidad remolcadora superior a ciento un (101) toneladas, debe mantener en servicio un equipo de radiocomunicaciones de capacidad y frecuencia determinado y asignado para cada caso por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Transporte.
