Obligación de prevenir sobre la existencia y el cumplimiento de las normas. La Dirección Seccional, Distrital o Local de Salud competente, podrá en cualquier tiempo, informar del contenido de las disposiciones sanitarias y los efectos y sanciones que conlleve su incumplimiento, con el objeto de que las actividades, conductas, hechos u omisiones se ajusten a lo establecido en ellas.
