Asamblea de inversionistas . La asamblea la constituyen los inversionistas del fondo de capital privado, reunidos con el quorum y en las condiciones establecidas en el presente Libro. En lo no previsto en el mismo, se aplicarán las normas del Código de Comercio previstas para la asamblea de accionistas de la sociedad anónima, cuando no sean contrarias a su naturaleza.
