º Para efectos de imponer las sanciones de que trata el presente Decreto, la Superintendencia Bancaria se sujetará a los mismos procedimientos administrativos que las normas legales le señalan para el ejercicio de su función de vigilancia y control. En todo caso, para este efecto será aplicable en lo pertinente lo dispuesto en el inciso tercero del artículo 4o. del Decreto 1746 de 1991, así como en los artículos 21, 23, y 26 del mismo Decreto.
