Las Direcciones Subalternas de los Departamentos tendrán el siguiente personal:

Las de Antioquia, Bolívar, Boyacá, Cundinamarca y Santander: Un Director, con $ 80 mensuales. Dos Oficiales Escribientes, cada uno con $ 50 y un Portero, con $ 25.

Las del Atlántico, Caldas, Cauca, Huila, Magdalena, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Tolima y Valle: Un Director con $ 80 mensuales, un Escribiente, con $ 50, y portero, con $ 25.
