Autorízase a la Asamblea de Antioquia para crear el Distrito de Tarso, tomándolo de Jericó y Pueblorrico, en los términos de la Ordenanza que creó dicho Municipio, sin sujeción a las actuales normas legales, menos la base de población, que será para este caso la ya comprobada cuando se expidió la referida Ordenanza.
