Artículo 1.2.1.5.19.Comité de Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro. El Comité de Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro estará integrado por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) o su delegado, el Director de Gestión de Aduanas o su delegado y el Director de Gestión de Fiscalización o su delegado, quien ejercerá las funciones de Secretario del Comité.
