Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículoss 3º, 4º, 5º, 6º, 7º, 10, 11 y 12 del Decreto 1211 de 1993, el Decreto 2589 de 1993 y el artículo 35 del Decreto 1953 de 1994.
