º. Capital del Fondo. El capital del Fondo estará constituido por la suma del patrimonio del Instituto de Fomento Industrial IFI, de la Financiera Energética Nacional FEN, del Fondo Financiero de Proyectos de Desarrollo Fonade y de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial Findeter, y por los demás aportes que se efectúen. El Fondo contará igualmente con las fuentes de recursos previstos por las normas vigentes para las entidades que se fusionan con el destino establecido en dichas normas,
