ARTICULO 169 . PENSION DE INVALIDEZ POR ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO Y ENFERMEDAD PROFESIONAL. El régimen de invalidez por accidente de trabajo o enfermedad profesional, al igual que las pensiones de sobrevivientes originadas por estas mismas causas, estarán reguladas por las normas contenidas en la Ley 100 de 1993.
