Art. 32. El Inspector o Sobrestante que, sin previa licencia del director, ó sin causa que pueda ser justificarlo, abandone su puesto durante el día, pagará una multa igual al doble del sueldo ó salario que le corresponde diariamente, sin perjuicio de ser removido. El valor de la multa se le descontará por el Director en la lista de jornales respectiva.
