Artículo primero. Aclárase el artículo 2° del Decreto número 3653 de 22 de diciembre de 1954, en el sentido de que el auxilio de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) que allí se fija para el "Colegio de las Hermanas del Sagrado Corazón, de Tocaima" (Cundinamarca), está destinado al "Colegio de las Hermanas de La Presentación de Tocaima" (Cundinamarca), al cual debe pagarse por no existir en dicha ciudad el primero de los colegios citados;
