Importaciones masivas. De la evaluación de las importaciones a que se refieren los artículos 9°, 10 y 11 precedentes, el Incomex podrá determinar que éstas se han realizado masivamente si después de la fecha de apertura de la investigación o de la invitación a celebrar consultas, según el caso, se comprueba un incremento sustancial en un período corto de tiempo, causando un perjuicio difícilmente reparable a la industria nacional. En este caso podrá ordenarse el cobro de los derechos a que se refiere el artículo 18 de este Decreto. CAPITULO VI Medidas.
