Art. 96. No podrá calificarse con el grado de "sobresaliente" en los cursos mensuales y en los exámenes en cada clase sino á un solo individuo.

Parágrafo

En el caso en que haya varios acreedores á este calificativo, se sortearán los nombres de aquellos que los merezcan y se le adjudicará la calificacion al qie sea favorecido por la suerte.
