Los Secretarios de Gobierno de los Departamentos llevarán Registros de propiedad literaria y artística, sujetándose, en cuanto fuere conducente, a las prescripciones del presente decreto. Semestralmente enviarán al Ministerio de Instrucción pública copia autenticada de las partidas correspondientes al respectivo semestre, junto con dos ejemplares de cada una de las obras que hayan sido inscritas en este tiempo.
