º . Toda publicidad o información escrita sobre servicios turísticos utilizada por los guías de turismo o difundida por estos a través de Internet, deberá contener como mínimo los siguientes aspectos: servicios que presta, tarifas, y el correspondiente número de inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo. El material publicitario utilizado en la promoción de los servicios de los guías de turismo, deberá ser claro evitando el uso de términos que por su ambigüedad, pudieran inducir en los usuarios expectativas sobre el servicio, superiores, a las que realmente presta.
