º. Adiciónase al artículo 73 del Decreto 948 de 1995, el siguiente

Parágrafo

Parágrafo 5

Las calderas u hornos que utilicen como combustible gas natural o gas licuado del petróleo, en un establecimiento industrial o comercial o para la operación de plantas termoeléctricas con calderas, turbinas y motores no requerirán permiso de emisión atmosférica. El Ministerio del Medio Ambiente podrá establecer las condiciones técnicas específicas para desarrollar las actividades a que se refiere el inciso anterior.
