Los recursos económicos originados en la prestación del servicio educativo por parte de las escuelas normales superiores, los que reciban como aportes de las entidades territoriales o la Nación o cualquier otro ingreso económico que las mismas perciban, deberán ser administrados a través del Fondo de Servicios Docentes, cuya estructura y funcionamiento se hará de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Decreto 1857 de 1994 y las normas que lo complementen o sustituyan.
