Article 90

De La Comisión Para Desempeñar Un Cargo De Libre Nombramiento El Beneficiario De Una Comisión De Estudio Deberá Obligarse A Prestar Los Servicios A La Entidad Que Lo Patrocine, Dentro De Su Profesión V Especialidad, En Un Horario No Inferior A Cuatro Horas Diarias O Veinticuatro Semanales, Así: A) Si El Programa Se Realiza En El Exterior El Doble Del Tiempo Pero Nunca Menor De Un (1) Año B) Si El Programa Se Realiza En El País Y Tiene Duración Menor De Un (1) Año El Doble, De Tiempo; C) Si El Programa Se Realiza En El País Y Tiene Duración Mayor De Un (1) Año, El Tiempo Igual Al Que Dura La Comisión;

Articulo 90. De la comisión para desempeñar un cargo de libre nombramiento El beneficiario de una comisión de Estudio deberá obligarse a prestar los servicios a la entidad que lo patrocine, dentro de su profesión v especialidad, en un horario no inferior a cuatro horas diarias o veinticuatro semanales, así

a)

Si el programa se realiza en el exterior el doble del tiempo pero nunca menor de un (1) año

b)

Si el programa se realiza en el país y tiene duración menor de un (1) año el doble, de tiempo;

c)

Si el programa se realiza en el país y tiene duración mayor de un (1) año, el tiempo igual al que dura la comisión;
