La designación de apoderado en Colombia por parte de sociedades o entidades extranjeras no domiciliadas en el país, que sean beneficiarias de dividendos obtenidos dentro de este, no libera de la retención en la fuente que por concepto de los mismos debe efectuarse de conformidad con los artículos 69 y 70 del Decreto 2247 de 1974.
