Los aeródromos y aeropuertos, por razón de su uso, se dividen en públicos y privados, y por razón de su propiedad, en nacionales y particulares.

Son públicos los abierto por empresario al transito aéreo general.

Son privados los destinados por el propietario a la actividad de su empresa.

Son nacionales los de propiedad del Gobierno Nacional.

Son particulares todos los demás.
