El lote de terreno y edificio que la Nación adquiera en virtud de esta Ley, se destina especialmente a la erección de los edificios para el Instituto Pedagógico de varones que fue creado por la Ley 25 de 1917 y 20 de 1918, sin que el lote ni los nuevos edificios puedan destinarse a otro objeto.
