El endoso restrictivo confiere al endosatario los siguientes derechos:

1 Recibir el pago del instrumento;

2 Ejercitar cualquier acción que pudiera hacer valer el endosante;

3 Transferir sus derechos como endosatario, cuando la forma del endoso lo autorice para hacerlo.

Todos los subsiguientes, endosatarios adquieran solamente el título del primer endosatario bajo el endoso restrictivo.
