Vigilancia, inspección y control . La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro tendrá la titularidad de la acción disciplinaria. La vigilancia, inspección y control que ella ejerce se desarrollará y aplicará mediante sistemas de regulación preventiva, informes solicitados y suministrados por los notarios y por las visitas generales, especiales y de seguimiento.
