Art. 1.° Los inválidos pensionados, a cargo de la Nacion, comprobarán al principio de cada año económico, ante el Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, ademas de la supervivencia i de que la invalidez continúa, cuando ésta no se hubiere declarado vitalicia, que carecen de los recursos sifucientes par atender comidamente a su subsistencia.
