Repealed

CAUSALES DE REMOCION. Habrá lugar a la remoción de los miembros de la junta asesora, en cualquiera de los siguientes eventos:

1. Cuando lo soliciten acreedores que representen no menos del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las acreencias de la misma categoría.

2. Por inasistencia a tres sesiones de la misma.

3. De oficio, cuando la Superintendencia de Sociedades considere necesario reintegrar, total o parcialmente la junta, con el fin de asegurar su adecuado funcionamiento. Vigente desde: 20/12/1995 y hasta el: 26/12/2006
