El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga en su integridad el Decreto 2663 del 21 de julio de 2008 y el artículo 29 del Decreto 173 de 2001. La derogatoria del Decreto 2663 del 21 de julio de 2008 y artículo 29 del Decreto 173 de 2001 entrará en vigor en un término de noventa (90) días contados a partir de la publicación del presente decreto.
