º. Administración de las subcuentas . Cada una de las subcuentas que compone el Fosyga deberá ser administrada mediante encargo fiduciario, sin perjuicio de que mediante un mismo encargo se administren todas o varias de ellas, de conformidad con los contratos fiduciarios. Los procesos de contratación estarán sujetos a las disposiciones de la Ley 80 de 1993 y demás normas que la reglamenten, adicionen o modifiquen.
