Estado de los vehículos. El ingreso de vehículos por reposición, sólo podrá efectuarse con vehículos nuevos. Las autoridades competentes establecerán parámetros que permitan la reposición efectiva de los vehículos taxi. Cuando se trate de hurto de vehículos, la reposición se efectuará pasados dos (2) meses de ocurrido el hecho, previa certificación por parte de la autoridad judicial competente.
