ARTICULO 2.1.1.3.5 . REGIMEN DE TASAS DE INTERES APLICABLE A ALGUNAS OPERACIONES PASIVAS. Los establecimientos de crédito podrán convenir libremente las tasas de interés de las operaciones pasivas que se señalan a continuación

a)

Captación de recursos a través de certificados de depósito a término por parte de los establecimientos bancarios y las corporaciones financieras;

b)

Captación de recursos a cualquier título por parte de las compañías de financiamiento comercial, y

c)

Captación de recursos por parte de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, a través de certificados de ahorro de valor constante y certificados de valor constante a plazo fijo. CAPITULO IV. DE LOS FONDOS DE PENSIONES DE JUBILACIÓN E INVALIDEZ SECCION PRIMERA. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
