Redención Del Título Pensional

Redención del título pensional. El título pensional se redimirá cuando ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias

Cuando el trabajador cumpla la edad que se tomó como base para el salario de referencia.

Cuando se cause la pensión de invalidez o de sobrevivencia.

Cuando la entidad emisora decida entregar el efectivo a cambio del saldo del título a la fecha.

Cuando el trabajador cumpla los requisitos para obtener una pensión de jubilación o vejez. (Decreto 1887 de 1994, artículo 8°, modificado por el Decreto 1474 de 1997, artículo 18)
