º . Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 2356 del 17 de julio de 2006, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 3º . La incorporación de los empleados a la planta de personal establecida en el presente decreto, se efectuará dentro de los sesenta (60) días, contados a partir de la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en las normas legales vigentes sobre la materia".
