Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 137 del Decreto número 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “3. No conservar durante el término establecido los documentos que conforme la regulación aduanera deben permanecer en su poder. La sanción será de multa equivalente a doscientas (200) Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT)”.
