º . La prohibición prevista en el artículo 9º del Decreto 2616 de 2003 se aplicará para cada día considerado individualmente. Así, el 25 de octubre se podrán divulgar encuestas relacionadas con la jornada electoral del día siguiente, con los requisitos previstos en la ley.
