Las instituciones cuyo Programa de Derecho hubiere sido aprobado con anterioridad a la fecha de este Decreto, deberán llenar los requisitos exigidos en los artículos 10 y 12 del mismo dentro del término de dos años contados a partir de su vigencia. La inobservancia de lo dispuesto en este artículo se sancionará conforme a las previsiones de los artículos 35 y 36.
