Cuando el reglamento prevea la cancelación por cuotas, al momento de la suscripción se cubrirá, por lo menos, la tercera parte del valor de cada acción suscrita. El plazo para el pago total de las cuotas pendientes no excederá de un año contado desde la fecha de la suscripción.
