ARTICULO 4.2.0.2.1 .- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras estará compuesta así: --- El Ministro de Hacienda o el Viceministro del mismo ramo como su delegado; --- El Gerente General del Banco de la República o el Subgerente Técnico como su delegado; --- El Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, y --- Dos representantes designados por el Presidente de la República entre personas provenientes del sector financiero, una de las cuales, al menos, del sector privado. El Superintendente Bancario asistirá a las reuniones de la junta directiva.
