- Son funciones de los Oficiales Mayores: 1ª.- Colaborar con los Secretarios y con los Abogados Asistentes en la tramitación de los asuntos que les correspondan; 2ª.- Revisar los expedientes para su clasificación y radicación; 3ª.-Practicar las diligencias que ordenen los Magistrados o los Abogados Asistentes; 4ª.- Colaborar con la atención al público; 5ª.- Las demás que les señalen la ley o los reglamentos.
