Artículo cuarentaitrés. Franquicias . Se entiende por Franquicias el privilegio que conlleva la exención que se otorga por ley de la República a ciertas personas naturales o jurídicas para que su correspondencia curse por los Correos libre de porte.

Parágrafo

Igualmente gozarán del privilegio de la Franquicia las personas naturales o jurídicas del ámbito internacional, de conformidad con los convenios y acuerdos de la Unión Postal Internacional y demás convenios internacionales ratificados por Colombia.
