Auxiliase a los departamentos de Bolívar y Atlántico con las sumas de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) y quince mil pesos ($15.000) a cada uno, respectivamente, destinadas a la adquisición de maquinarias completas para la apertura de pozos artesianos que suministren agua potable a los Municipios de dichos Departamentos que carezcan de ella.
