De conformidad con el artículo 206 del Código Electoral, (Decreto 2241 de 1986) quedan prohibidos en todo el territorio nacional la venta y el consumo de bebidas embriagantes desde las seis (6) de la tarde del día sábado siete (7) hasta las seis (6) de la mañana del día lunes 9 de marzo de 1992.
