En el mencionado edificio y bajo la dirección de las mismas Madres de la Anunciación funcionará una Escuela de Artesanía Popular para cuyo fin se destina la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000.00) moneda corriente, que se incluirá en el presupuesto nacional durante cinco años a partir de la próxima vigencia.
