Artículo único. Apruébase la siguiente Resolución de la Junta Directiva de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones: "RESOLUCION NUMERO 23 DE 1949 (NOVIEMBRE 19) por la cual se reglamenta el otorgamiento de licencias de importación sin sujeción al sistema de cupos básicos. La Junta Directiva de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Eportaciones, en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere la Ley 90 de 1948, RESUELVE :
