Perforación de barreno cercano . En el caso que se requiera perforar un barreno cercano a otro previamente cargado, el beneficiario del derecho minero o explotador debe contar con un procedimiento de trabajo seguro garantizando que el equipo utilizado para la perforación del barreno no inicie la carga del barreno aledaño o que la perforadora alcance el cebo de este.

Parágrafo

Se prohíbe el cargue de barrenos en condiciones climáticas adversas, como lluvias y tormentas eléctricas.
