Artículo segundo. Lo previsto en el artículo segundo del Decreto legislativo 474 de 1982 se entiende no sólo respecto a la agrupación o agrupaciones de que allí se habla, sino también a las personas que individualmente se acojan a los beneficios del mencionado decreto.
