Del presupuesto. La Entidad Estatal promotora debe garantizar el cubrimiento de los costos que se generen en el proceso de selección con la respectiva disponibilidad y reserva presupuestal, tal como lo consagran los numerales 6, 13 y 14 del artículo 25 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
