Articulo 1º Clausúrase la Escuela de Sericicultura de Guateque. El Ministerio de Industrias pondrá los elementos de esta Escuela a disposición de la Granja Agrícola de San Jorge (Ibagué) o de otro establecimiento de la misma índole para que sean aprovechados hasta que las circunstancias del Tesoro permitan al Gobierno continuar directamente el fomento de esta industria. Por resolución del Ministerio de Industrias se proveerá lo conveniente al cumplimiento de este Decreto y se disondrá que él sobrante de la partida respectiva se entregue como auxilio a la entidad que se haga cargo del mantenimiento y utilización de los elementos de la Escuela.
