Art. 54. En el Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario se dictarán las siguientes enseñanzas: 1º. Lengua castellana (curso superior); 2º. Lengua latina (cursos segundo y tercero); 3º. Lengua francesa ó inglesa (curso superior); 4º. Aritmética (curso superior); 5º. Algebra elemental; 6º. Geografía Física y Política, Cosmografía y nociones de Geografía antigua; 7º. Historia Universal (antigua y moderna); 8º. Física experimental en todos sus ramos; 9º. Retórica y Literatura castellana; 10. Religión (curso completo); 11. Filosofía (cursos primero, segundo y tercero) 12. Lengua griega (cursos primero y segundo) 13. Literatura antigua; 14. Pedagogía.
